The Shower Curtain Fiasco Continues....

Today we spoke with management and told them that the current set up is just not going to work, and that going around telling our members that we agreed to what they have in the buses needs to stop immediately because what we agreed to is the prototype that had great coverage and protection.

An operator came up with a solution that we met with management and showed them the idea...

Basically you take the current barrier add grommets in the top run some bell cable and allow the barrier to slide back and forth, so when someone is entering the bus you can slide it forward and create a barrier and when everyone is done loading you slide it back and you are now able to see clearly as normal, the maintenance manager is going to do a mock up and see how this works so stay tuned for more updates, we’ll be following up with them tomorrow.
